I wanted to try Royal Bakery’s polo collar tutorial for awhile now and this week I had the perfect “excuse” – my brother in law Francisco was turning 23! The thing is that he has a very good taste, so I thought a classic shirt would be better for him. The tutorial is amazing, but the shirt collar is very different so I couldn’t use it as much as I wanted, but still, it was the inspiration for my design! Thanks for the amazing tutorial Lesley! Okay, so this is a vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam and frosted with vanilla buttercream. All decorations are edible and made out of fondant! Happy Birthday Francisco! ♥
