Caking in 46+C degree tests the best of us – this cake was completed on such a day (last Friday when all records were smashed in Sydney!) Cake was chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache – covered in fondant.

Handmade Superboy topper ….. the extreme heat made his little leggings a bit saggy, but I think it added to the effect … well, that’s my excuse anyway!

One very excited little boy took delivery of this – makes it all worthwhile :)
