My daughter is crazy about cheesecake. When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday tomorrow, she requested a cheesecake with chocolate & caramel. Made her this turtle cheesecake. Decided to decorate with white chocolate leaves (had just barely enough chocolate) and a flower (not my best but will do) that I had. TFL
