Peggy Does Cake





This was a super quick little cake to throw together, baked and fully decorated in less than 3 hours. Super moist WASC cake with cream-infused cream cheese filling and traditional butter cream icing. Branches are hand-painted (food coloring thinned with vodka). Berries, birdy, and snowflakes are cut from fondant. Everyone knows the swirly rose/1M tip technique I used on the sides by now, but just in case, here’s the tutorial:
