It all started when my oldest daughter asked me to please make my grandson's 1st birthday cake. This was December 2009. I'm relatively new to this hobby and self taught. Like many other cake decorators, I value the knowledge other decorators share. Without them, I don't think I'd have made another cake. I don't know much, but I try to share everything I have learned. Most things I have learned by making mistakes.
I am married, have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I teach elementary school, hunt, ride motorcycles, and try to squeeze this crazy cake hobby in when I can.
