This wintry Christmas cake is vanilla cake filled with peppermint buttercream and chocolate ganache, and frosted with vanilla buttercream. For the decorations – the snow flakes and snow are made from modeling chocolate. The trees are made out of rice cereal treats, ice cream cones, and modeling chocolate. I also added sparkling sugar to the trees and snow.
