Chocolate cake covered in sugar paste with hand made decorations, my first shoe haha. the brief was very limited “girlie and purple” and the young lady is lactose intolerant, so I made the cake with sunflower oil and the butter cream with pure sunflower spread and added praline and cream flavoring. She was very happy when presented with the surprise cake.
