I Live in Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire, I have been decorating cakes for about the last year. I am completely self taught and my passion is making sugar figures. My inspiration comes from many, but to name a few, Maisie Parrish, Debbie Brown and Tal Tsafrir, who I had the pleasure to meet at the Excel cake decorating show. The medium is so inspiring and I am always learning new things. I decorate cakes for friends and family and a few requests, but work full time as a cook/chef for Pub retailers Mitchell and Butler.
