This cake was for my daughter
This is a Top forward cake. The recipe is Puerto Rico’s signature cake recipe . This is the go to recipe in every bakery as well as every home baker in P.R. It’s called “Bizcocho Mojadito” which means wet or moist cake. It’s a very good sponge cake soaked in a syrup laced with brandy.
This is the first time I make a top forward cake, and do stenciling on a cake. Need some work on both, but I was satisfied the way it turned out.
