This cake is for my daughter's birthday. It is a milestone birthday so I decided to give her a big celebration. The theme is honeybees because here name is Melissa and it means honeybee. The bottom tier is a 12 inch yellow cake and the top tier is an 8 inch coconut cake both covered in fondant. Fondant daisies and the beehive is made of RCT covered with fondant strips made with a mold.
