Thanks everyone! (Funfetti) The flower was cut freehand with an Xacto Knife, just weaving in and out and in no particular pattern. I did try to keep it within the circumference of a 3 1/2 inch circle. I made three layers, getting smaller with each one in and used a button mold to make the center. The only shading or painting I did to it was on the button center and that was Albert Uster silver. I did vein it with a Wilton veiner and thin out the petal edges. This is the second one I have made like this and it seems to be a big hit.
