8" 6" Lemon Cake with lemon curd filling, iced in vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant. the top tier was hand painted. the base tier was made by cutting strips of fondant and laying them over a pattern under wax paper, attaching the fondant strips to the cake and then hand painting in Rolkem gold Luster Dust. The numbers were hand cut and hand painted.
