A tasty treat to celebrate the Solemnity of Saint Joseph. Zeppoles!!!. A traditional Italian pastry. The original version is usually deep fried, I made a baked version for a healthier treat. Mini choux rings filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and strawberries. Topped with whipped cream, maraschino cherries and dusted with powder sugar.
