As delicious as can be. This lovely tiramisu torte, was the final exam for my Advanced Pastry Shop Class... The picture is at least 14 years old! Luscious layers of biscuit soaked in coffee and amaretto liquor syrup. Filled with mascarpone mousse. Decorated with lady fingers, cocoa powder, and a flower made of chocolate filigree.
