We made this 1.5 meter long Christmas train cake for Grayson, Leanne, and Chris a few
weeks ago. Including working smoking chimney and lights. Rudolf mans the engine with Santa’s sleigh behind filled with bags of presents. The train also included some of little Grayson’s favourite kids TV characters. Everything is edible other than the boards the train is sitting on and covered with Renshaw fondant and sculpted with Saracino modelling paste and Squires Kitchen flower paste.
