Thank you everyone :-) Traci i will try to explain lol imprint a pattern on your fondant covering let to dry over night, Royal icing (quite thick) with a small bit of piping gel in it, place ina v small piping back with a small tip, pipe around the pattern one bit at a time, with a small thin brush dip in water (dry off a bit) and brush the icing in towards the middle of the pattern in long strokes making sure you don’t break the outside seal if the piped pattern. Hope this makes sense!!! i am sure you would get a tutorial on you tube though. Although it does take a very long time and connot be rushed xxx
