Obsessed as I am with coffee and chocolate, I managed to merge them both in this dessert. Traditional tiramisu and zuccotto come together in one special cake for my daughter’s birthday. Outside layer of coffee syrup-soaked sponge. Inside of mascarpone mousse with a core of dark chocolate mousse. Decorated with dusted cocoa powder and whipped cream.
