This is my sister’s birthday cake. Her birthday which she shares with her son was yesterday but they are celebrating it tomorrow. My daughter will be making the almost 2 hr trip to deliver it. Hopefully it will arrive intact. Cake is vanilla cake frosted in strawberry smbc and filled with alternate layers of strawberry reduction and caramelized peaches as well as buttercream.
