Because the category is Wedding Cake and the bride is at the center of this grand event. In many cases she is said to be as beautiful and elegant as the “Swan”. I have worked with two different techniques, I have made flowers with buttercream and sockets, and sculpture painting (slupture paiting) 350 large and small flowers are used in this design.
