One tier butter cream cake for my MIL’s 97th birthday. The showcase flower is a David Austin Juliet rose in gum paste. The smaller roses and hummingbirds were created from various molds and highlighted with edible dusts and splattered with edible gold paint. 3 layers of dark chocolate cake (requested), torted and filled with butter cream for lovely celebration. Small but Yummy!
