This one I almost didn’t want to give it away !
I will hold this one very close to my heart , always!

The cake travelled all the way to Alibaug , 70km from my place. The famous Mumbai monsoon was at its peak on that day and the road was really bad !
I Packed the cake securely but you never know how they handle the cake inside the car! So kept all my fingers crossed 🤞 till it reached the venue. It was a destination birthday party of the family and friends.

The cake was 6 and 1/2 inch tall , 2kg in weight. It was layers of Chocolate hazelnut truffle cake and coloured ganache frosting. Fondant baby animals and accents used for decoration.
In this Mumbai weather working with fondant is real challenge. I kept the animals in the microwave with light on , for 3 days to make them dry as much. Thankfully they all were good till the cake was cut. 😀
No moulds or cutter were used, all decoration and animals were hand made and hand cut, even the monstera leaves.
