A caravel is a light sailing ship that has a single deck and a flat stern. She has three masts with three sails and can sail at a speed of about eight knots.
Made in sugar paste and rice paper, I always wanted to make a boat in a cake and until now I have been presented with the opportunity in this collaboration. I hope you like it.
