So happy to be part of this fabulous and meaningful project yearly, since the very first edition!
This year I decided to make something special, different, something that I never did before – make a flower completely using isomalt. And not just that but make a flower out of butterflies – butterflies instead of petals and leaves.
Struggling against the high humidity (whas horrendously humid, heavy rains daily for a few months..) and who works with isomalt knows this is sooo difficult to fight against while working the isomalt..
Was a Sisif work.. The small pieces keep breaking, me remaking and rebuilding over and over again..
