Hi sweet friends, here is the piece that I made for The Island, a Story of Pirates, a cake collaboration organized by Sugar Mad Group.
I decided to go with a very different approach, as I remember playing pirates when I was a kid and how much I loved it. These three kids together with their stuffed animals created a very cute crew for their " Bathtub boat" sailing into fantasy land.

I made this bass relief piece using sugar paste and modeling paste.
