I would like to share with you my creation for the #Japan – An International Cake Collaboration hosted by Raquel Garcia.

I chose the Biwa (Pear shaped lute) as my inspiration. This particular piece is named “Kagetsu”. It was an Heirloom of the Kishu-Tokugawa Family
I particularly enjoyed creating the hand painted panel in the centre of the instrument. I think it’s such a beautiful instrument and learned a lot while creating it.
