Another cake dummy

A design I saw on Pinterest from designer Tatianny Rondon. Due to the lockdown by Covid virus I am staying home and trying a few cake designs with dummies, just to keep my mind busy. I thought her cake was lovely and had to give it a try. I believe hers was sprayed with chocolate and airgun but I used grated sugar cookies with green food color. The orbs are molded chocolate with edible gold luster dust. The raspberries and wrap around are gumpaste.

This is beautiful, Shirley, and I love the idea of the grated sugar cookies. The chocolate spray is prohibitively expensive.

Here in the East Ba y of California the lockdown is easing a bit but until I get both vaccinations I am being careful and staying in. I have taken up a new hobby, pour painting. And I am having fun with it. So with that and cake dummies I am making it through this pandemic. Have a scheduled appointment for my first vaccination this Friday.
