Here I made this cake for local hospital in Brighton uK for all children staying in hospital over Christmas.
I do it every year, however this year I decided to do it bit more special because of the year we are having.
Hope you like it? Its all cake, there is no rice crispy or styrofoam, all cake vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and cream ;)
