Made for my greatniece’s 1st birthday. The theme of her party is “1st Fiesta”. It was truly a blessing for me to be able to make her 1st birthday cake because after several miscarriages her mother was able to carry her full term & here we are celebrating her 1st birthday. The little mariachi dancer is 2D and made of modeling chocolate as are the roses, other larger flowers, and “feliz cumpleanos” plaque on the front. The lace for the name banner was made using flexfrost sheets & the letters are modeling chocolate. Water color technique used around side of cake. Cake is 2 layer 12 inch wasc with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and frosted with almond/vanilla. As always, thank you for looking.
