I love this cake as it’s made for a special young friends 18th birthday . Her party was cancelled due to covid but I still wanted her to have a special cake. The roses are a mix of different varieties all sugar and I enjoyed making the flowers and cake . I made the flowers in shades of pink and white as her name is Rosie lol
