This is an 8 inch cake for my niece and nephew’s 35 wedding anniversary. She asked me to make her an Indian theme cake in coral color. I looked at a lot of cakes on the internet and this is what I came up with. Italian cream cake covered in fondant then wrapped in sugar lace. I ordered the flower from Kelsie Cakes. I ordered the lace too because it was cheaper than buying the mold.
