Here is my 80’s cake, for the surprise birthday of Audrey who celebrated her 40th birthday at a disco party!

Vanilla sponge cake
Stewed cooked figs
CMBS vanilla
White chocolate cover ganache.

I loved making this theme, I had a blast!
Everything is done by hand, the mirror ball is a polystyrene ball covered with sugar paste, and everything else is modeled in Saracino.
