I really enjoyed making of this cake. It was my boyfriend’s idea tho. The cake was for his father’s birthday. Can you guess his hobbies? The witcher, archery and all the middle age stuff, fishing and he is also talented musician. Thanks to this cake, I have learned new things that moved me forward. I used isomalt for the first time in my life and I really love it! Covering of this cake is chocolate ganache painted with edible colors. Details are made of fondant and the top of the drum is edible paper painted by hand and by airbrush. What do you think? I’m really happy about this cake.
