I celebrate this Mother’s Day with another project with my beloved teenager daughter. As a lesson for her Fundamentals of Baking class, which I’m teaching, we made ladyfingers from scratch. We also made mascarpone mousse, coffee syrup and cocoa gelee. No better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than surrounded by your children… No better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with a scrumptious cake. A Happy Mother’s Day to you all!
You are so right, Regis! You are making memories to last a life time, not to mention, some awfully yummy looking eats!

Oh Sandra, you always so lovely… I can try to send you a piece…It might arrive in the shape of a milkshake… just put it back in the freezer and enjoy with a spoon. Happy Mother’s day for you as well, and also to your daughter. Enjoy your furry babies now!
Lovely Regina. Your daughter did a awesome job. Sounds delicious.

Oh thanks ladies, the Mascarpone could be tricky to find these days, The one I used had been sitting in my freezer for a long time… it still worked like a charm!
Looks delicious!
