This is Felipe IV of Spain, my contribution to the great collaboration “The Royal – An International cake challenge”
Philip IV of Spain, called “the Great” or “King Planet” was king of Spain from March 31, 1621 until his death, and of Portugal from the same date until December 1640. His reign of 44 years and 170 days it was the longest in the house of Austria and the third in Spanish history, being surpassed only by Felipe V and Alfonso XIII.
It has been a challenge to make this piece and I think that for all it has served as learning and artistic exploration.

Este es Felipe IV de España, mi aportacion a la genial colaboración “The Royal – An International cake challenge”
Felipe IV de España, llamado «el Grande» o «el Rey Planeta» fue rey de España desde el 31 de marzo de 1621 hasta su muerte, y de Portugal desde la misma fecha hasta diciembre de 1640. Su reinado de 44 años y 170 días fue el más largo de la casa de Austria y el tercero de la historia española, siendo superado solo por Felipe V y Alfonso XIII.
Ha sido un reto realizar esta pieza y creo que para todos ha servido de aprendizaje y exploracion artistica.
