This a 9 inch 4 layer yellow cake covered in buttercream and white chocolate ganache drip. First time making white choco ganache. Melting snowman’s head is made of RKT and covered in fondant and snow man features and hat are fondant. Wilton sprinkles. I really loved making this cake because it’s a statement on the warm weather (in the middle of winter) we’re having here in the Philadelphia/S. Jersey area (USA).
