This cake was for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. The dinosaur is made of rice cereal treats, modeling chocolate and fondant. The eyes are isomalt. The egg is vanilla cake with buttercream filling and white ganache on the outside. The nest is chow mein noodles and chocolate. The design is based on Liz Marek’s design/tutorial.
