This was fun to make, and was very well received! So happy it was enjoyed 🤗. Vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and filled with fresh made strawberry-cranberry jam (steeped with a cinnamon stick for a little extra kick of holiday flavour). Signature vanilla almond (mini) sugar cookies with vanilla royal icing adorn the top, along with two chocolate lollipops (one for each child of the household), Smarties in Christmas colours, and winter theme tangies. Candied chocolate makes a lovely child friendly border.
