Winter fairy cake.
This is my first cake – a woman’s bust. I have already made men and old women, but to make a beautiful girl was a difficult task for me.
This is completely chocolate cake: and bust, and head, and hair.
Internal construction made of plywood and metal studs.
The eyes are cast from isomalt.
The flowers are made of gelatin and fried waffle paper.
