It’s all about textures, sugar flowers and elegance.
Contemporary 3 tiered wedding cake which I decorated using techniques for distressed fondant and marble effect in dark tones and shades. For the decorations, I also prepared sugar roses, peonies and foliage combined in a lovely contrast with the dark sugar paste.
