It’s my friends twin daughters birthday and I am asked to make their cake every year.
This is a cookie dough cake . 3 layers of chocolate fudge brownie and two layers of vanilla chocolate chip with a layer of cookie dough and the rest cookie dough and cookies and cream buttercream.
Wrapped in dark and white chocolate ganache .
