This was a baptism cake I made for my son. It is a chocolate cake with a dulce de Leche buttercream. The wings, vest, and bow tie are made of fondant. The halo is a mixture of fondant stars and flower stamen centers. This was my first attempt at a carved cake and I’m very happy with how it turned out!
