A unique unicorn cake for Alice and Shirley celebrating their 13th birthday …
I wanted something sweet and romantic, but without the baby side often associated with the theme “unicorn”.
Of course, I wanted to do something new, which looks like me.
Unicorn entirely painted by hand, watercolor way.
Flowers modeled by hand.

Vanilla sponge cake
Nutella fodder
Ganache covering nutella

Everything is edible, cake covered in satin ice and flowers and unicorn in gumpast satin ice.
