I love to make my daughter’s birthday cakes because I get free reign!!! Unfortunately, I don’t get that for cake flavours or icing!! Sam always wants our Clark family fav’d chocolate cake and chocolate icing. I also made a very small 4” x 3” chocolate cake for Sam to take home to celebrate on her actual birthday tomorrow.
I made a paper mache bird house topper for Sam to keep. With a little fairy sitting, keeping guard. Fairy is made completely from the Saracino modeling chocolate I was fortunate enough to win on Cakes Decor. I really enjoyed creating the crackle effect on the bird house.
