Well I had great fun making this woodland themed wedding cake for Ruby and Leah today . Massive congratulations to the brides on their wedding day. Top tier was a raspberry and lemon cake with lemon curd, raspberry pieces, chambord, lemon conserve, raspberry compote, raspberry and ripple buttercream.
Middle tier is a caramel salted beer cake. With salted caramel and toffee buttercream. Salted caramel and beer syrup. And layers of salted caramel sponge and beer sponge.
Bottom tier same as top minus the chambord but with lemon syrup.
All wrapped in white chocolate ganache and moulding chocolate .
