This was my contribution to the Food cake Challenge, sponsored by Bakerswood. All the elements are made using Satin Ice rolled Fondant, Dream Fondant and Chocopan modeling chocolate. The smoked salmon is “flexible wafer paper”. Even the everything topping is comprised of sugar elements. Enjoy!
