This very naughty dragon landed on Oscar’s 4th birthday cake while my back was turned and clawed his way through the ganache to steal a handful of cake.

The dragon model is made from Saracino modelling paste with a styro dummy core and flower paste wings and stands 10 inches high. He’s an adaptation of the Naughty Dragon from the wonderful Rhianydd Webb tutorial. (Thank you, Rhianydd!) His colour was applied by dusting with petal dusts.

The cake is a 6" double height dark chocolate cake with a naked dark chocolate ganache finish.
