Con questa mia creazione, ho voluto sottolineare il valore e l’importanza che ottimismo, speranza e altri sentimenti positivi hanno nell’impervia lotta contro il cancro.
Se è vero che sistema nervoso, sistema endocrino e sistema immunitario “dialogano” tra loro attraverso interazioni biochimiche, è altamente probabile che l’atteggiamento di spinta verso la vita , la speranza di superamento della malattia, il coraggio di affrontare la terapia, l’amorevole sostegno delle persone care, diventino preziose armi tutt’altro che marginali nella battaglia per la conquista della guarigione .
È come se le emozioni positive e la voglia di vivere potenziassero l’esercito di linfociti, globuli bianchi e anticorpi, diventando così importante complemento sinergico alla terapia farmacologica.
Allora, come guerrieri indomiti che non si sottraggono alla sfida, il dolore si può , si deve inevitabilmente affrontare!
Perché, citando Galimberti, “il dolore appartiene alla vita allo stesso titolo della felicità…come l’oscurità dello sguardo che non vede via d’uscita. Eppure la cerca, perché sa che il buio della notte non è l’unico colore del cielo “.

With this creation of mine, I wanted to underline the value and importance that optimism, hope and other positive feelings have in the arduous fight against cancer.
If it is true that the nervous system, the endocrine system and the immune system “interact” with each other through biochemical interactions, it is highly probable that the attitude of pushing towards life, the hope of overcoming the disease, the courage to face the therapy, the loving support of loved ones, they become precious weapons that are anything but marginal in the battle for the conquest of healing.
It is as if the positive emotions and the desire to live strengthened the army of lymphocytes, white blood cells and antibodies, thus becoming an important synergistic complement to drug therapy.
