Had an awful lot of elements to combine in this cake. The gentleman has had an interesting life, writing about shipwrecks, viewing them, studying them, playing boules, skiing both snow and water.
This cake was all about the sharp edges & clean lines to carry the design.
It’s a 10inch by 4.6 inch deep vanilla cake with strawberry conserve vanilla syrup and buttercream . Coated in white chocolate ganache .
