Rocking Horse - Day of the Dead - Dia de Muertos 3D Cake

This cake was a painting labour of love using Poppy paint. Covered in Bakels Pettinice fondant, which I also used Pettinice for the sugar flowers and blanket. Wafer paper leaves for a accent pop. This 3D rocking horse cake was a real joy to make – watch it rock on my Facebook videos. Thank you for looking. x
