Sorry I haven’t been around. I have had so much going on. It’s was my husbands 60th birthday and I arrange 3 days celebrations.
I had to hide my hubbies cake and it was an ordeal as I live in a 1 bed flat, so it went in the boot of my car. Thing is we have had stormy weather so I have been climbing up and down flights of stairs and higher winds and rain storms, we a 20inch boxed cake 😂. Lost the lid twice and dropped the cake twice too.
Anyway it’s a chocolate Guinness cake with chocolate truffle and salted caramel And a salted caramel cake with salted caramel buttercream and chocolate truffle .
